Food & Health Myth Busters

I’ve been told I have high cholesterol and now cannot eat eggs, (which I love!) – what do I do?
|
*As your body naturally produces cholesterol and it exists in every cell (and needs to be there to help break down FAT)– coupled with the fact that your natural propensity for a cholesterol ‘level’ is 70% genetic –your eating or not eating eggs (which you love!) is not going to have any significant impact on that number. As long as you eat a balanced diet and enjoy some daily exercise - Enjoy!
